After serving two tours of duty in the Marine Corps, Mr. Wilcox joined his family in Texas.  He attended college while working for the City of Houston in both the Parks Department and Fire Department.  Mr. Wilcox attended the University of Houston Clear Lake where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law.

After retiring from the City of Houston, Mr. Wilcox opened his law practice in its current location serving the residents of  Southern Harris County and Galveston County.  His office provides cost effective legal solutions to often complex situations that arise in families as people age. Mr. Wilcox also began teaching legal studies at the University of Houston Clear Lake campus.  This allowed him to combine his love of teaching with his love of the law.

Mr. Wilcox practices in both Harris and Galveston Counties with a focus on helping people deal with the legal issues involved with the death of a loved one.  He also works to help families deal with the effects of Alzheimer’s and Dementia as well as disabilities that effect people of all ages.
